Track Your Shipment:
Feel the anticipation build as you track your order's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Returns:
We want you to love your FaceFlowEssence tools, and if for any reason you're not satisfied, we are here to assist witn our return policy:
- We accept returns within 3 days of your purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Our Skincare accessories are not eligible for return due to hygiene issues associated with it.
Please record a video while unboxing your parcel. In the case of damaged items, kindly send us an unboxing video to expedite the replacement process. Please note that replacements will not be eligible without the video recording.
How to Initiate a Return:
